Hon. Dr. Mohammed Adams Sukparu
Mohammed Adams Sukparu is a Ghanaian legislator and public servant who represents Sissala West Constituency in Parliament. As Deputy Minister for Communication, Digital Technology & Innovation, he supports the development of national ICT and innovation policies and stakeholder engagement to align ministry programs with Ghana’s digital strategy. He has driven tangible constituency development, initiating and overseeing multiple projects in health, education, security, and welfare, including constructing 50 boreholes benefiting 20,000 people and undertaking the Hope Project for widows’ charity.
A seasoned entrepreneur and manager, Mohammed founded and leads several private-sector ventures across engineering, freight and logistics, and services, combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational experience to grow businesses and manage complex projects. He holds an MBA in Corporate Governance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. He has completed professional training in project monitoring and evaluation, equipping him with governance, project delivery, and accountability skills that inform both his parliamentary oversight and business leadership.
