Samuel Yeboah is the Chief Technology Officer at CSquared, with over 15 years of experience leading broadband infrastructure deployments across Africa. Since joining CSquared in 2014, he has overseen the design, rollout, and operation of metro and backbone fiber networks that support affordable and scalable connectivity across the region.

Samuel previously served as a Technical Program Manager at Google Ghana, contributing to key infrastructure initiatives, and as an Implementation Manager/Consultant for Millicom, managing projects in Ghana, Tanzania, and Rwanda.

He played a key role in the successful landing of Google’s Equiano subsea cable in Togo, a milestone that significantly strengthens West Africa’s international connectivity.

Samuel holds degrees from Lancaster University and Coventry University in the UK. With deep technical expertise and firsthand experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, he is well positioned to share lessons learned from deploying Internet infrastructure in diverse African contexts, making him a strong speaker for AfPIF 2025.
