Wanja Muriithi is the General Manager of iColo: A Digital Realty Company, Kenya. The company builds and operates carrier-neutral data centers. She leads iColo’s business growth in Kenya while strengthening Digital Realty’s presence in East Africa, alongside its operations in Nigeria, Ghana, Mozambique, and South Africa.

Wanja holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Egerton University and has participated in various leadership development programmes both locally and internationally, further strengthening her expertise in executive leadership and strategic management.

She has extensive experience and achievements in delivering operational excellence, strategic clarity and sales acumen, all with a customer- and employee-centric focus. Her grasp of the East African ICT industry is attributed to her sales and business leadership roles at companies such as Microsoft, Tarsus Technologies, and Isolutions Associates, and Tano Digital Kenya, formerly known as Altron BTG Kenya.
Wanja is also deeply passionate about mentorship, particularly in supporting and empowering women in technology, making her a respected voice in conversations around digital transformation and inclusive leadership across the region.
